Your Privacy Matters
We take privacy seriously. It's part of how we built the shop, not something we added later.
We only collect what we need to fulfill your order and run the shop. We don't sell your data, we don't follow you around the web, and we don't need to know your life story.
The Essentials
To get your handcrafted items to your door, we need a few basics:
- Contact Info: Your name, email, and shipping address.
- Order Details: What you bought and when, so we can craft and ship it.
- Support History: If you email us, we keep that thread so we can help you better next time.
The No-List
There are things we simply do not do:
- Credit Cards: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see, touch, or store your card numbers.
- Passwords: We don't force you to make an account. No passwords to lose, steal, or forget.
- Third-Party Tracking: We do not use third-party advertising pixels, tracking beacons, or analytics services. We never sell, share, or rent your data to anyone.
Storefront Analytics
We run simple first-party analytics on the storefront so we can tell what's working: which pages people visit, how they move through the shop, and basic device info. It lives on our servers and never goes to ad networks or data brokers.
Your cart uses a normal session cookie (the same one checkout needs). We also keep a hashed, anonymous visitor ID so we can count unique visits without knowing who you are. Staff browsing, admin pages, and static files are not tracked.
Session cookies are required to run the store. Because our analytics stay in-house and are never shared with third parties, we don't need a cookie consent banner for that.
Security by Design
Order numbers are random and hard to guess. Nobody can poke at URLs and stumble onto your order. To see order details, you need the secure link we email you.
Trustworthy Partners
We share data with exactly two kinds of partners: Stripe (to process payment) and carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx (to deliver your package). That's the whole list.
Your Rights
Want to see what we have on file, or ask us to anonymize your history? You can do both through the self-service portal below.
If you'd rather disappear from our records, we'll replace your name, address, and email with generic placeholders. That protects your privacy while we keep the financial records the tax folks expect us to keep.
Our Data Retention Promise
- 1-Year Privacy Promise: One year after you buy, we automatically anonymize the order. Your personal details are removed from our records. After 365 days, to borrow a line from a certain wizard, we have "no memory of this place."

Permanent Access:
Your unique Order Status URL (e.g.,
.../order/status/SB-.../) will always work. You can save that link to view your order details forever, even after we have forgotten who you are.
